Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password you must reset it in order to be able to use spaOnline. This process will send an email to the registered email address for the login Username/Contractor/Client combination.

To begin the process of resetting your password please enter your Username and select whether you are a Contractor or Client and click 'Begin Password Reset'. Please note that usernames are case sensitive.

Please check your username carefully before proceeding. For security reasons you will not be told if the username and contractor/client selection you have entered matches a registered user.

If you do not know your Username you cannot automatically request a password reset and you must contact your administrator

If you enter an incorrect Username/Contractor/Client combination you will not receive an email.
